How do I add to the shopping cart?
You can add to the shopping cart basket directly from the products page or from the detailed page of a product. Next to the main image of every product there is an image of a shopping cart which you can click on to add this item to the basket.

How do I know my item has been added to the shopping cart?
Once you have clicked on the shopping cart button to place the item in your shopping cart basket, your page will refresh and the item will be added to your cart. The Shopping Cart box is located at the top of the right hand column.

How do I get to the checkout?
The Shopping Cart box located at the top of the right hand column or "Checkout" using the blue shopping cart at the top of page on the left. When the link to "Checkout" is clicked on, it will take you directly to the secure checkout for completion of the purchase.

How do I edit my items?
Click on the 'Edit Items' button in the Shopping Cart box at the top of the right hand column to edit items.

How do I know my order has been received?
Once an order is received you will receive an order confirmation email to the address you entered during the sites secure checkout.

All prices include 10% GST and are quoted in Australian dollars. All prices in the shopping cart are guaranteed to be fair and accurate and they will not alter from the time of your purchase to the time you are charged.

Returns and Refund Policy.
Baby Nappy Bags check all products before they are dispatched for faults or damage. In the event that a fault or damage is overlooked, will happily exchange or refund your purchase (excluding shipping costs). All returns must be provided in it's original packaging as new, unworn, unwashed, unused and with tags attached. Please contact Baby Nappy Bags within 7 days of purchase should your items be damaged or otherwise faulty.
Returns or Exchanges
If you're not satisfied with your purchase we can offer an exchange for an item or Refund minus a 10% restocking fee ( and excluding shipping costs), however all shipping costs must be paid by the customer. For an exchange or Refund we must be notified by email within 7 days of receiving the purchase and transaction must be completed within 28 days.
All returns must be provided in it's original packaging, unworn, unwashed and with tags attached. Opened and damaged goods will not be refunded.
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the product they are returning is returned in original condition (As New and in resalable condition) and original factory packaging with any product tags attached.
If there is a price difference on a exchange this can be paid by Direct deposit or Paypal we will also give you the cost of return shipping your new item.
If an item should arrive damaged, or not at all, please contact us straight away. The risk of loss/damage passes to you once we deliver to Australia Post however we will consider any damaged goods on a case-by-case basis.

When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card is charged immediately on purchase, if your card can not be charged, the goods you ordered will not be sent.Please Note we do not accept AMEX.

How much is shipping?
We charge a flat rate for shipping Australia wide. There are two ways we can ship your bag to you.
REGULAR POST - All regular mail is charged at $5 Flat Rate AUSTRALIA WIDE.
EXPRESS POST - Express post mail is charged at $10 Flat Rate AUSTRALIA WIDE.
For Orders out side Australia Please refer to postage on check out
ALL orders received and paid for in full before 12pm will be sent that day providing the goods are in stock.For Orders outside Australia We will post within 24hrs.Excludes weekends and Public Holidays.
Note- If for some reason the parcel can not be delivered and is returned to us by Australia Post ( eg wrong Name / Address or not enough info company name or level in building given by customer.) The Customer will have to pay the full postage charges (not the flat rate) to resend the parcel

Every parcel sent can be tracked via the eParcel online system and every article requires a signature on delivery.ALL orders received and paid for in full before 12pm will be sent that day providing the goods are in stock.For Orders Out side Australia we Use Australia post Air Mail and will be dispatched within 24hrs.

Our new lay-by service has been created so you can order products you love and pay for them over 12 weeks.
How to Lay-By Products:

Once you have made your order click on CHECKOUT to be taken to our secure order area (128 bit security).

Select your Payment Type as "Lay-By".

Read the Terms and Conditions and if you accept the Terms and Conditions and are happy to proceed click Check out.

Enter you details, billing and shipping address.

Within 24 hours you will receive an email from us requesting a minimum 10% deposit - this can be paid via PayPal or Direct Deposit.

You will then be required to make weekly or fortnightly payments in whatever instalment amounts you can manage.

Once final payment has been received you order will be delivered within 3-5 days
Terms and Conditions

A minimum purchase of $100.00.

A minimum deposit of $50 is required to secure the order.

Maximum 12 weeks lay-by from original order date.

Weekly or fortnightly payments in whatever instalment amounts you can manage.

Lay-by's can be paid out at any time within the 12 weeks of the original order date.

The products remain the property of Babynappybags until full payment for the whole order has been received.

Once final payment has been received, your order will be delivered to you within 3-5 days.

If you cancel your lay-by at any time the initial $50 deposit will not be refunded.

If after 12 weeks, the order has not been paid in full, the stock will be returned to the shelves and you will be refunded the payments made, less the initial $50 deposit, which will be retained by Babynappybags to cover administration costs.
